| A frequently painted spot for me, the St Croix River's Boom Site. I love and hold a great deal of respect for this dynamic body of moving water. This painting, "The Flood In Spring" is a perfect example of why I can never get enough of this 'same subject'. It is a never ending changing and growing body of life. I have never painted the same picture twice. I may have stood on the same ground but each moment changes and I love the beauty in every changing moment. |
