| I was recently in MT for the OPA National show. There was not a lot of time for painting but we made it out for a couple of studies, this being one of them. We drove out of Missoula about an hour and found this boat launch along the side of the road, perfect for painting! That country is so beautiful it's difficult to decide what to paint, finally I zeroed in on this mass of delicate color along the rushing waters. It felt different but reminded me somewhat of home which made it easy for me to respond to. |
